The labels are shown as predefined faded text inside the form field.

At tab focus, the text disappears and lets the user type his own input.

Right now the placeholder property is only supported in Webkit browsers and Firefox 4.

The plugin will bring it to all the other browsers and will do nothing in browsers with native support.
